This policy covers the Fairway Flyer mobile game for iOS and Android, published by Miracles Golf. It does not cover the miraclesgolf.com online store, which has its own policy.
The short version
Version 1.0 of the game collects nothing about you. There are no accounts and no sign-up. There are no ads and no advertising identifier. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address or payment details, and the game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts or location. The only time we learn anything about you is if you choose to email us to claim a prize.
What stays on your device
Your scores, best round, coins, unlocked balls, daily streak, missions, leaderboard, replay data and settings are stored on your phone using local device storage. This information is never sent to us and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
Leaderboards
The leaderboard in Fairway Flyer is entirely on your own device — it ranks your own rounds and nobody else can see it. Version 1.0 does not use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, and no score is transmitted anywhere. If a future version adds a global leaderboard, we will update this policy and say so in the app before it happens.
Advertising
Version 1.0 contains no advertising. No ad network is present in the app, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) is not read, and you will not see a tracking permission request. If we add advertising in a future version, that version will say so on its store listing, request permission where the law requires it, and this policy will be updated first.
Prize claims
The Ace Club prize is claimed by email, and only if you choose to send one. The app does not submit anything on your behalf. If you email us to claim, we receive whatever you send — normally your email address, the reference shown in the app, and a screenshot of your round.
We keep those claim emails, the verified score and the month, so that the same person cannot claim twice in a month and so winners can be contacted. We keep them for 24 months and then delete them. If you never claim a prize, we receive nothing at all.
To ship a prize we will ask a winner for a delivery address. That is used only to send the shirt.
Who else is involved
- Apple and Google — distribute the app through their stores, under their own privacy policies. They may report anonymous install and crash statistics to us; we cannot identify you from those.
- Shopify — runs miraclesgolf.com, where discount codes are redeemed. Opening the shop from the game is an ordinary visit to our website, covered by the store's own privacy policy.
- Email — prize claims arrive at our ordinary business mailbox.
We do not sell your data, and there are no analytics or advertising companies involved in version 1.0.
Children
Fairway Flyer is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because the game collects nothing, the only way a child could send us information is by emailing a prize claim. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and under the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the game holds everything on your own device, in most cases the fastest route is to clear the app's data or uninstall it. For prize claim emails, write to us and we will remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes — in particular adding advertising or a global leaderboard — will be announced in the app before they take effect.
